Eco-Friendly Solutions

We have found numerous ways to complete construction in a substantially more eco-friendly manner. The rising cost of lumber, the speed at which we cut down our rainforests and the rate at which homes and housing developments are going up means there has to be changes made. Using concrete instead of lumber was the first step. Concrete is readily available, more durable, longer lasting, and more importantly, better for our ecosystem to use in place of cutting down trees for expensive lumber. Renewable energy is a big focus for us as well. Installing solar energy systems on our construction projects is a major factor in emission reduction, helping most individuals that go with DreamCo Construction cut their ties with the grid becoming more self sufficient.

Labor Reduction

Using 3D printing technology we can cut construction time down to less than half of the average build time of seven months. And that average time does not include moving into your new home. With our technology, your dream home can be constructed and have you moved in, in 90 days or less. With pre-built trusses and other in-house fabricated building components, the time frame to build a custom home is drastically reduced. We show up on-site ready to print out of concrete, use our pre-built components and finish the house or buildings by simply putting the large, ready-to-go pieces together.

Blueprints Done Right

​We also have no need to physically draw out your home or building’s blueprints. Using technology we can create the entirety of the design on a computer, fully customized to each and every specification desired and easily re-designed or edited right from the original design. Using this method we can create a base template and have several designs or models of a similar build to help you decide which best suits your requests or needs. Another added benefit of this method, other than going paperless, is that it immediately logs, calculates and displays exact square footage values, exact measurements, exact number of supplies needed for construction and an end total price of the build based on all of the supplies and measurements calculated. This pricing method is far more accurate and superior than traditional methods. 

3D Rendering In Real Time

​One of the many advantages of doing all of the blueprints and building design on a computer is that after it’s completed, and even during the entire design process, the design can be viewed in a 3D model view. This allows you to view the design in a more realistic 3D space to view wall heights, wall and decor placements, the actual structural layout and space instead of just lines on a screen. This way you can pick and place models of anything you want placed or built into the structure and get an idea of what it will look like before going further. This gives great examples of items such as cabinets, utilities like washers and dryers or refrigerators, spacing in a bathroom, placements of beds and tables to ensure you leave yourself enough room for what you want without having to compromise later. This is even a very effective method of pre-planning your color schemes, paints, flooring types and more!

Virtual Reality

A lot of builders claim to be able to do some of the aforementioned methods and steps with designing a building or dream home. So we came up with something to set us apart from others in the design areas. Imagine being able to physically walk around and get a real “feel” of exactly how your current design would be like to live in before ever breaking ground. Here at DreamCo Construction, we can do just that. We came up with a process that allows us to upload your blueprint design or 3D rendered model into a Virtual Reality Space. We provide you with a Virtual Reality Tour of your model in a way that puts you directly inside the structure. Simply put the VR Headset on and walk into your new home. This method is especially unique because now you don't even have to rely on your imagination trying to envision what it may look like based on the 3D model, but you can “feel” it. Literally put yourself into your home before ever building it. This helps with final plans by allowing you to make a real judgement call based on how it felt being in the space rather than just looking at it. There are times where a design may look great, it may look like it has plenty of space for what you want, it may look “good on paper”, but the reality truly sets in when you can view it from inside the space, scaled to you, your size, your height, your reach and your exact comfort levels.
